We operate in the linen and uniform management services sector. We offer our clients the market’s broadest portfolio of products and services, with the highest level of quality, in all three market segments: industrial, hospital and hospitality.

In the industrial segment, we service companies from various sectors, including metallurgic, automotive, mining, petrochemical, petroleum, food services, printing, chemical, textile, maritime, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and electric/electronic, in addition to companies that operate in controlled environments. In the hospital segment, we service hospitals, clinics and laboratories. In the hospitality segment, we service hotels, restaurants, beauty salons and pet shops.

We offer our clients linen and uniform management solutions that include pick-up, delivery, laundering, rental and management services for linens, uniforms, shop towels, personal protection equipment, or PPE, hand towels, mats and mops. We also offer sterilization of textiles and surgical instruments and rental and cleaning of textiles for controlled environments in clean rooms.

Products and services per segment
We offer our clients more than just linen and uniform management services. Our value-added services include personalized services to meet the specific needs of each client, such as preparation of hotel and hospital rooms, onsite pick-up and delivery of textiles, inventory administration, onsite laundering, personalization of uniforms (i.e., the addition of a company’s logo and personal identification to uniforms), consulting services to optimize the use of our products, and solutions for the treatment and disposal of industrial waste.

Environmental Policies

We are committed to doing business in the Brazilian linen and uniform management services sector with the least possible impact on natural resources and the environment. Our goal is to avoid negative impacts on the environment by rigorously monitoring the various processes of our business and judicious use of available natural resources, while faithfully complying with Brazilian environmental regulation and internationally required environmental standards.
We are legally obligated to dispose of all waste that result from our activities.

We have an environmental management program designed to continuously evaluate new technologies and productive processes for the treatment of effluents and disposal of waste. This program seeks to reduce the use of renewable and nonrenewable resources and improve quality standards and environmental monitoring.

Recent events and perspectives

In 2006, we inaugurated our clean room for uniforms at our Diadema plant. We were assisted in establishing this facility by Uniclean, the largest company providing clean room services in Israel, including laundry services for controlled environments (We also entered into an operating agreement with Uniclean).
During the year of 2007, with the aim of continuing to maximize our production capacity, we intend to consolidate and expand the capacity of our industrial facilities, replacing our older plants, especially the plants that we obtained from the acquisitions we made during the last few years, with more modern, larger, automated and efficient plants. We believe the consolidation of our production facilities will result in the closing of our less efficient plants and consequently should significantly reduce our average operating costs. In the end of May 2007, we inaugurated our new plant in Jundiaí, in the state of São Paulo, which, will consolidate the operations of six of our smaller plants until the end of 2007. In March 2007, we inaugurated our new plant in Xerém, in the state of Rio de Janeiro, to optimize our operations in that state. We believe that these new plants will significantly reduce our average operating costs.
We presently have more than 4.000 employees, distributed across seven states: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Santa Catarina, Bahia, Pernambuco and Amazonas. We have involved more than 20% of our total employees in internal and external training activities, participation in technical events and other training and development activities. We also have a mandatory integration program for all of our newly hired employees.
